As the air handling components of constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning system, accurately simulate the cooling coils is the key to set up a constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning system mathematical model in the system simulation process; the performance of cooling coils directly affects the overall system’s stability at run time. Selecting a reasonable design cooling coils, and choosing a correct control strategy adopted to the operation condition of the air-conditioning plays a vital role. The main works of the thesis are listed as follows:1. A cooling coils model used for simulation is established, and the model was solved by using FORTRAN language programming. It is also proved that the simulation result is in accordance with experimental data well, feasibility of the cooling coils model has been validated to a certain extent.2. The influence of different sizes of the cooling coils SHR(sensible heat ratio) are simulated by using the coils model, the results shows:the larger size of the overall cooling coils, the smaller value of its operation SHR. And the impact of coils’length is larger than the number of rows and height.3. Simulation of the double-circuit cooling coils air-conditioning system found that:the operation SHR value of the cooling coils can be effectively regulated by adjusting the two electrically controlled three-way valve incorporated in the double-circuit device and selecting the most suitable control strategy to make the system reach the minimum energy consumption operation condition.
