Based on the summary of the domestic and foreign research status quo of motor vibration noise, identified in the study of motor vibration noise mainly exist the following problems:(1) On the motor structure design is optimized, although to weaken the vibration noise of motor has a significant effect, but also can’t avoid the resonance effect of the machine. Especially after the motor and load, the causes of vibration noise is more complex, resonance phenomenon will be more significant.(2) Most of the research in the process of modal analysis, due to the structure of motor is very complex, in the process of model ignores some parts, such as motor winding, end cover, frame, etc., and set up material properties in parameters, often set to isotropic, these will make the calculation results is not accurate. So this thesis is based on the porous metal material to the characteristics of vibration damping, sound absorption, put forward the improvement project of a new type of induction motor structure, the porous metal material is added between the stator and the chassis, used to absorb the vibration of the stator to the housing transfer impact energy, thus reducing the vibration and noise of the machine. Due to the vibration of the motor in all directions, when add porous metal materials, the anisotropy, considering its properties in different directions vibration situation to give different material property parameter, thus effectively reduce the vibration. In order to study the anisotropic porous metal material of induction motor vibration noise, this thesis established a 45 kW induction motor model and in the motor after joining the anisotropic porous metal material of motor model. The concrete research content is as follows:Firstly, based on the Y225M-2 induction motor as an example, based on the finite element model of the motor magnetic field analysis of the magnetic field distribution results were obtained, and the air gap flux density waveform and the electromagnetic force, and for every harmonic spectrum analysis, the accuracy of the electromagnetic force calculation are verified through the experiment.Secondly, in the Y225M-2, on the basis of the induction motor model, the stator inner diameter, respectively, 5 mm to 10 mm, outer diameter of the stator is according to certain proportion, such calculated between the stator and the chassis will have certain gap, then add a certain thickness of porous metal material on the outside of the stator in order to realize the interference fit with the casing. These two motor model is set up respectively, magnetic field calculation, get the air gap flux density and electromagnetic force, the calculated results compare with the original motor, by comparing the calculation results verify the validity of the mathematical model and calculation method is correct.Finally, the modal analysis with three kinds of motor model respectively, set up 10 kinds of model of the structure of three kinds of motor, respectively analyzes the modal calculation of stator core, the anisotropic porous metal materials for the influence of the structural modal and the influence of base on the structural modal.
