Research And Application Of The Semantic In Equipment Manufacturing Industry Products

With the advent of the 4.0 era of industry, a new round of Industrial Revolution is triggered, which makes the whole world pays more attention to the development of the equipment manufacturing industry. Made in China 2025 also proposed to actively plan to seize the commanding height of the equipment manufacturing industry. But for a long time, our country has been in the main purchase and introduction of foreign advanced equipment manufacturing industry products. China’s equipment manufacturing industry products can hardly meet the diversified needs of domestic and foreign enterprises in the safety, comfort, beauty and other aspects. On the other hand, the design of China’s equipment manufacturing industry product has been under cyclical pressure that collecting a large number of relevant information at the early stage of design, rendering the sketch and forming the initial design scheme consume a lot of time and energy, which seriously affect the development of equipment manufacturing industry. In view of the above problems, the product design of the equipment manufacturing industry is studied from the perspective of product semantics in this paper. Based on the analysis, summary and conclusion of the product form symbol of the equipment manufacturing industry, the product semantic library is established, which can not only provide direction for the designer and shorten the design cycle, but also provide a new design method for the design of the equipment manufacturing products.The first chapter introduces the background of the research and the development of the product semantics at home and abroad, presents the content and method and the innovation points of the research. The second chapter describes the related concepts and the application principles of product semantics. The theoretical basis of product modeling design for the equipment manufacturing industry, which is theoretical basis of product modeling design for the equipment manufacturing industry. In the third chapter, the research and analysis of the characteristics of the product of the equipment manufacturing industry is carried out, and the design trend of the product of the equipment manufacturing industry is summarized. The fourth chapter establishes the form semantic library, the color semantic database and the material semantic library of the equipment manufacturing industry product, proposed the method and process of product modeling design of the equipment manufacturing industry based on product semantics. The fifth chapter, taking the sliding combination of CNC machine tool of SJY-206 as an example, improves the whole model of it based on the modeling design method of product semantics, analyze and verify the validity and feasibility of the research by the investigation. It is proved that the theory of product semantics has very high practical value for guiding design practice.This paper makes the overall product design more scientific based on the theory of product semantics, so that the added value of the equipment manufacturing industry and the market competition ability are improved.
