Beautiful landscape of the camp can create a space to suitable soldier activities and distinctive, to meet functional requirements of the army, improve quality of the army environment, and enhance the combat effectiveness and cohesion, it is essential to grow and develop of the modern army. but on the whole, our camp landscape design level is very low, the overall technical preparation is obviously insufficient, existing camp landscape design is not ideal, and monotonous, difficult to meet demand of the modern army.In view of the above situation, this thesis intends to research camp landscape design, hope to achieve the design thinking to represent the development requirement of military barracks and can optimization and beautification the camp landscape, because only understanding the camp landscape development regularity, experience and lessons from the higher level, and pay more attention to the sustainability of the development can design a good camp landscape, better service for the army.This paper through literature review, field investigation and comprehensive analysis, discussion to design theory of the camp landscape, summed up design principles of the camp landscape, design ideas to be followed, elements, and design essentials, apply these principle to landscape design of the military organs barracks, obtain the following conclusions.1. The camp landscape design should combined with the environment characteristics, In follow on the basis of landscape ecology, applying landscape aesthetics principle, and into the soldiers’ behavior psychological, create a ecological landscape good to hear or see, reflect the comprehensive effect of physical, situation and conception.2. Functional of the camp landscape requirements it reflected purpose to service the soldier as the center, and implement the requirements of conservative military secrets to planning and design, at the same time, considering the ecological, economic, geographical, historical and art of the landscape.3. Determine the design thinking of the camp landscape first clear positioning and style; the second is to ensure the unity, coordination and coherence of the landscape layout and partition; the third is to design the space fields and streamline, make the landscape more perfect; finally, reasonable arrangement attractions and express theme.4. The camp landscape basic elements include square, roads, sketch, plant and water, they should be reasonable arrangements, meticulous organization, focus on settings of plant landscape, road landscape and sketch landscape, create a practical and beautiful camp environment. plants landscape should planning green layout reasonable, strengthen ecological design and landscape design; road landscape should pay attention to the unity of the traffic function and landscape art; sketch landscape should set out from use function, both conform to the style of the whole camp, again highlight the unique personality.5. This paper as landscape design of a military organs barracks an example, successful apply theory, principle, thinking and key points of the landscape design to practice, through the examples show that the theory and content of the landscape design research has practical and general applicable. The camp landscape should be combined with historical heritage and geographical features, maintaining the army characteristics and better integration with the surrounding environment, to achieve the goal of green ecological.
