Research On Maintenance Management Evaluation Of Urban Public Green Space For Wenjiang District In Chengdu

As the "small ecological" of city, urban green space play an important role for improving the city environment. Plant landscaping and maintenance management are two important aspects of urban green space construction, and there is a certain link between them. Evaluate Wen Jiangs public green space from these two aspects and put forward some suggestions for improve can be propitious to the green construction of wen jiang.AHP can use the hierarchical thinking methods of layer by layer to simplify, it is applicable to the evaluation of green space plant landscape residential areas and roads in the city park, and have high frequency application in the plant landscape evaluation in recent years. But there are still some problems in practice. According to consult massive literature, this article seeked improvement from consistency checking and scaling, applied improved AHP to the evaluation of Wenjiang’s public green maintenance management.First,designed indexes system, including trees, shrubs, lawn, garden service measures and 20 specific indicators.Then evaluated Wenjiang’s city park green space maintenance management based on green conservation management evaluation index system.The results show that, except disease and pest of shrubs and sprinkler truck, the left 18 indexes’ Cronbach’s a is 0.649, have good validity. Factor analysis of the cumulative variance contribution rate of the obtained were greater than 40%, The evaluation has good validity. This shows that, the improved AHP and evaluation system established can evaluate green conservation management accurately, effectively, can be used as a method for the assessment of maintenance management effect.According to the evaluation results, combined with the excellent maintenance management paradigm to put forward suggestions to improve Wenjiang’s public green maintenance management.In view of the existing green space construction in Wenjiang city found score investigation of the problem, put forward the countermeasure and suggestion.
