This paper designed a set of lower-level intelligent node-site control, PC monitor multi-motor coordination of distributed monitoring system. Monitoring system according to achieve the functions can be divided into several functional independent subsystems, including: CAN Bus based distributed systems based on digital signal controller(DSP) motor data acquisition system based on LabVIEW SCADA software. Among the entire motor control system, CAN bus as a link site monitoring and network equipment, it will be measured each motor in the form of intelligent network nodes connected together, and the nodes are connected together and the host computer monitoring platform, through the use of master control platform to achieve the intelligent node receives various information and send commands.Motor control chip monitoring system of choice is Texas Instruments produced TMS320F28335, its permanent magnet synchronous motor controlled object selection, data acquisition and real-time control of its various intelligent nodes using CAN bus to complete.Node monitoring system needed to achieve functions can be divided into two types: one type of communication nodes, mainly using the PC as the main control chip DSP to achieve the acquisition of the motor operating parameters on each node, and the other Type of motor control node, mainly using virtualization software as a software development platform LabVIEW PC monitoring system for implementing the motor running real-time monitoring.Choose Lab VIEW 2013 to help develop a virtual software PC monitoring software. The modular design and development using LabVIEW PC monitoring software has a strong stability and reliability can be achieved motor parameter configuration, data storage, real-time display and many other features.Through the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system debugging many times, the results prove that the designed motor monitoring system capable of monitoring tasks well done, the design of the monitoring system can be distributed surveillance in industrial production application.
