As we all knows, depot maintenance work is an important guarantee for the railway transportation safety, reliability and stability.Today, under the guiding principle of the "Twelfth Five Year" development plan, China’s railway company led the locomotive and the railway industry is booming, which for depot maintenance work proposed newer and higher requirements. At the same time, it also shows that the innovation of the hauling work of locomotive is imminent, needs to abandon the traditional the directing vehicle warehousing way, causes the hauling work of locomotive by any means possible becomes highly effective and is simpler and is safer.This paper is to conform to the trend of the development of locomotive, focus on innovation in the locomotive moving work and study for a full-bridge DC/DC power supply prototype which used in locomotive moving libraries. It is divided into five basic parts. The first part is the main circuit by the full-bridge inverter circuit, high-frequency isolation transformer, output rectifier filter; The second part is composed of chip UC3875 control unit provides PWM signal; The third part by IR2113 chip consisting of power switch tube driving circuit; The fourth part is a voltage feedback circuit with optocoupler; The fifth part is based on HV9120 with constant voltage source as auxiliary power supply. The combination of these five parts, it constitutes a full-bridge DC/DC power supply.Paper first introduces the background significance of the research and the related content of switch power supply, and a detailed presentation of the research status and development trend of DC/DC power supply. Then, simply tells the DC/DC converter working principle and classification. The control mode, working process and boost principle of the main circuit of the full-bridge DC converter are explained in detail.Next, the simulation software MATLAB is used to simulate the circuit’s main modules, and the rationality of the design scheme is verified. Fourth, from whole to part elaborated on the prototype of the main circuit, drive circuit, a control circuit, a feedbackcircuit and an auxiliary power supply design, and introduces the design methods and selection of the main components of the circuit, especially introduces the design and manufacture of high frequency isolation transformer.Finally, completed a used in locomotive moving libraries full bridge DC/DC power supply prototype production,testing experimental prototype waveform at work, but also tests the prototype of load regulation, machine efficiency and others main performance indicators. The experimental results show that prototype various performance indicators meets the design requirements.In conclusion, this paper design of full-bridge DC/DC power supply to achieve the desired effect, with good market prospects, but this is only a principle prototype, there are many aspects need to improve the optimization, from the truly put into actual production there is a long distance away, and its ability to have a lot of places to go.
