With the development of the era,High power consumption,poor reliability and noisy of traditional electroplating power supply can not meet the needs of electroplating.Digital power supply are widely used in electroplating,which have advantages of energy saving,high stability and complete function etc.But most of this power supply is to use hard switching mode,which cannot been achieved today's society in which environmental protection,energy saving,EMI are focused,study a kind design of plating power source of intelligent high-power phase-shift full bridge soft switch,which have great significance for application of switch power supply in electroplating industry.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the phase-shift full bridge DC-DC converter are introduced,on the basis,The key technical problems such as soft switch,suppression of vice edge oscillation of rectifier diode,parallel flow of modules of the practical working of converter are analysis in-depth,and feasible solution is given.Secondly,the hardware circuit of plating power source are designed.The type and parameter of the input three-phase rectifier circuit,the full bridge converter,high frequency transformer,the resonant inductance and resonant capacitance and vice side rectifier bridge are selected and designed,and the validation of the main circuit parameters are verified through the main PLECS simulation;In addition,the drive circuit,sampling circuit,protection circuit and parallel flow circuit are designed.Finally,the control strategy and control algorithm,and the system software are designed.Based on traditional PID control algorithm,improving the Derivative ahead PID control algorithm,and building phase shift generator module in the PLECS environment,the of fast follow,small overshoot of improved control algorithm are verified;Determining the system control strategy,the software are designed by the idea of top-down,which compiling the AD sampling,differential PID algorithm,the parallel flow and phase shifting pulse related subroutine.
