| In this paper, based on the silica sol, silane coupling agent and different surfactants, the research prepared a new type of anti-fogging agent including silicon. According to the method of coating the anti-fogging agent on the polypropylene film, the paper studied the anti-fogging properties of the anti-fogging polypropylene film.Firstly, the paper analyzed the anti-fogging performance affection of the sol. The result indicated that when the sol content in the range of 0-12phr, the transmittance of the material continuously improved with increasing sol content. The light transmittance was up to 94.1 percent when the sol content was of 12phr. What is more, when the sol content was 12phr, the first dripping time and the ten drippings time were the shortest at the water bath temperature of 60℃ and 80℃. Also, within the range of 0-12phr, the first dripping time and ten drippings time with the sol content increases gradually reduced.Secondly, the paper selected the right surfactant by single factor experiment. The result showed that the transmittance of the Span 80 was the best, which was up to 95.1%. In contrast, the transmittance of the Tween 80 and the Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate were relatively low. So, the Span 80 played an active role to the transmittance of material. Besides, the first dripping time and ten drippings time of the Span 80 were the shortest. When the Span 80 was 15phr, the anti-fogging performance of the material was the best.Then, on the basis of single factor experiments, the paper designed three factors and three levels of orthogonal experiment. The research got the optimal ratio through the range analysis and variance analysis, which were the sol content of 12phr, the Span 80 content of 15phr and the pH value of 5.5. The average contact angle of the ratio of anti-fogging agent was 30.4 degree. The first dripping time and the ten drippings time were 302.9s and 92.7s at 60℃. Moreover, the first dripping time and the ten drippings time respectively were 311.6s 102.8s at 80℃Finally, the research tested the mechanical properties, heat seal strength and infrared spectra. The results showed that the new anti-fogging agent can improve the tensile strength and elongation at break at machine direction. The heat seal strength of the films improved in various directions. The surface and cross section of the anti-fogging polypropylene film were relatively well-distributed. So, the surface properties of the film and anti-fogging validity were improved. |
