In order to solve the problem of Jobshop Scheduling With Sequence Dependent Setup Time(JSSDST),this paper researched jobshop scheduling with sequence dependent setup time based on holonic control architecture, including established the Holon Manufacturing System and Its Control system, the negotiation mechanism of contract net protocol, built the mathematical model of JSSDST shop scheduling, designed the hybrid particle swarm scheduling algorithm basded on niche technology. for JSSDST scheduling problems, considered pre-scheduling and dynamic for JSSDST workshop, the main research work was as follows:1. Established the system architecture and control systems of HMS. Combined with classic PROSA model, summed five kinds of Holon for the workshop as follows: Resource Holon, Product Holon, Orders Holon, Monitor Holon and Assist Holon. analysed the relationship of each Holon in HMS clearly.2. Designed the hybrid particle swarm scheduling algorithm baded on niche technology. for JSSDST scheduling problems.3. Built a mathematical model JSSDST for pre-scheduling problem.Combined with the relations of each Holon in HMS control architecture, given the pre-scheduling policy, and got pre-scheduling program used the hybrid particle swarm scheduling algorithm baded on niche technology for JSSDST.4. Constructed the dynamic scheduling model for the JSSDST. Analyed the disturbance events that may occur during pre-production scheduling, and designed re-scheduling policy based on these events. Considered when making(rescheduling) reaction, how to react(complete rescheduling, repair scheduling), how to ensure the stability of the manufacturing process and other issues, gived the consultation mechanism of each Holon based on dynamic scheduling strategy.
