Design And Develop The Test System For Commodity Elevator Controller

Due to the increased labor cost and the strict quality control of vehicle, automatic control of the production line will become the inevitable trend of company development in the future. Meanwhile, the elevator as the important vehicle in building, its quality and technology will become the focus of attention in society. Elevator controller as the core components in elevator system, we have to ensure the quality in order to keep our customer safety and improve the experience for our customer. So the introduction of auto test simulator not only marks the technology in company, but also can fully guarantee the quality of products.This article introduces the development process of commodity elevator test system in details. First of all, make a detailed analysis of production structure and production feature combined with elevator working principle, then according to the analysis result, determine to use PLC and relay as the basic output and input for the test system, via the emulational hoistway information to achieve the final test aim. This test simulator uses DELPHI as the software development platform, through RS232 serial port to communicate between PLC and PC to catch the aim of signal transmission, finally do the one key test by PC to complete all the test items and create the related test report.After using this test simulator in production line, it seems this test system can fully cover the requirement of production as well as test dead zone, it can achieve the target and improve the production efficiency obviously.
