Weifang Binhai Economic and Technological Development District is located in the coastal salty soil in Bohai area, which is influenced by the sea water immersion, the gradual retreat of the coastline, the evaporation of groundwater and the economic activities of human beings. Based on the field survey results, the soil in Weifang Binhai soil is chlorine salty soil, salt content is 2.40%-2.10%, and the degree of salinization is medium salty soil.Due to salty soil has a three-phase conversion, dissolution, salt expansion and corrosion, road diseases appears frequently. The harm to the road engineering includes potholes and subsidence of subgrade and pavement, pavement undulating and crack; subgrade boiling; corrosion of building materials, and so on.According to the basic engineering characteristics of salty soil, through analysis of the disease, this paper find the main reasons of the subgrade disease are the soil property, salt content, water content and temperature variety, and the five directions of salt soil treatment including salt removement, water separation, reinforcement, drainage and compound treatment, and the stone-chip dynamic consolidation method are put forward. Based on the traffic, the environment and the geology, the surface layer of the pavement structure uses asphalt concrete modified by SBS; the base course of the pavement structure uses soil stabilized with lime and fly ash; the hinged-buffer type drainage mode is selected for the construction of water system and the sponge city; and corrosion resistance pipe or pipe with corrosion protection treatment is selected.
