| In our country, the promotion of Green Construction Technology had been carried out for many years. In this period, ten new techniques in construction industry were put forward by the State, green construction guide and management regulations were released, subsidies and incentives were also increased. Through this, enterprises were guided and encouraged to abandon the traditional construction mode and technical measures, to step up efforts on technology research and products development, and to fully realize green construction.In this way, the construction industry, who occupies the main part of building energy consumption, was aimed to improve to refinement mode from extensive mode, from resources-wasting mode to resources-saving mode. We could say that a certain progress had been achieved, but the effect is not so ideal. Till now, building energy consumption in our country is still remaining high.In the current situation, various new technologies, construction management experiences, and environmental protection ideas are becoming matured. The industry, and even to the country, is facing a big problem to have the numerous construction enterprises to start from every project to carry out green construction. How to promote green construction in large scale and large area? This article tries to discuss it mainly from four aspects. In the first part, environment-protection related works in the construction of a project is discussed; in the second part, material saving and recycling, water saving and water resources utilization are discussed. Promotion and utilization of new technologies in construction industry is discussed in the third part, and innovation of green technology is discussed in the fourth part. In the end, the Paper analyzes the social, economic and environmental benefits, as well as direct interests to the enterprises to be brought by green construction of a project. Thus, it leads to the great significance and broad prospects to our country, and pointed out that the fundamental way to realize the population of green construction is to link it directly to the interest of enterprises. |
