Subway as a green traffic mode, can be a good solution to some issues such as the city's traffic jam and urban environmental pollution. It play an important role in practicing the concept of "sustainable development" in the process of city development. Green construction regard the "four conservation and one environmental protection" as the target. Under the premise of implementing national, trade and local related policies and meeting the building of related functions, it can reach that adjusting measures to local conditions, maximizing the conservation of resources, reducing energy consumption, decreasing the negative impact on the environment and resource in the construction process. When the concept of "sustainable development" is extended to the construction of the subway, it can realize the "green construction" and the "four conservation and one environmental protection" of the subway construction", This construction mode, which is the goal of maximizing the comprehensive benefit, is the inevitable trend of the development of subway construction.Due to the complexity of the geological conditions and the surrounding environment and difficult foresee ability, The shield construction of subway tunnel is one of the most difficult,dangerous and consumed resource units in the process of subway construction. According to science and technology support program of Jiangxi Province, that is"research on the key technologies of earth pressure shield construction safety and environmental protection of Nanchang subway". Based on the premise of ensuring project quality and safety in this paper, the characteristics of metro shield tunneling construction and green construction requirements are combined to explore the specific application of green construction technology in the project.1?In the shield construction,the premise of the green construction is to choose the reasonable shield selection. The green construction concept is introduced into the shield selection of the project, so as to determine to adopt the earth pressure balance shield method in the project. Based on optimizing sediment improvement system and adopting the technology of pressure holding pump of slag, which is optimized and modified by the towed concrete pump. When the earth pressure balance shield in the process of construction of water-rich sand gravel stratum, it can solve the difficult problem of controlling spewing effectively. Therefore, ensuring the safety of the shield construction and achieving remarkable economic benefits.2> According to the engineering data of a section of Nanchang Metro Line 1, this paper analyzed the green construction factors of the earth pressure balance shield construction, and pointed out the characteristics of various resources consumption and the main factors affecting the construction environment. By introducing the theory of value engineering, the three functions of tunnel excavation, shield advancing and synchronous grouting should be taken as the key research objects of technology optimization.3-. Based on the results of value analysis, the application and innovation of green construction technology are combined with the engineering practice. In addition, the shield cutter repair and protection tool remanufacturing technology and synchronous jet mud control technology and recycling technology of construction waste water are carried out application analysis.The results show that adopting green construction technology in the shield construction can improve the construction efficiency, reduce energy consumption and avoid effectively engineering risk, and then realize the project of "four conservation and one environmental protection". In a word, research results can provide useful reference for the development and application of green construction technology in metro shield.
