The hydraulic pipe system of aero-engine is one of the most important aero-engine’s accessory devices. Most of the aircraft fault is caused by aircraft engine failure, and one of the main reasons for engine failure is sudden rupture of the hydraulic pipe of aero-engine, that is inextricably linked with the vibration of the pip system. Therefore, this paper carry out finite element analysis of piping systems mainly from the pipeline system’s coupling vibration aspect. The fluid inside the pipe is constantly flowing due to the effect of the aero-pump. The fluid pulsating generated in the flow process will cause the pipe’s vibration, and even lead to pipe’s damage and significant lose. Therefore, this article firstly makes a hydraulic pipe system of aero-engine as the object, using ANSYS Workbench software to establish the simulation model of fluid-solid interaction of this hydraulic pipe system. Then we solve the vibration features of the pipe and the fluid, by using the multi-physical field coupling analysis solver combined with other software, under the normal working state and the water hammer effect which caused by the hydraulic valve’s suddenly movement. And finally we make further analysis.Secondly, this paper creates the simple straight pipe model to study the influences of different clamps’ constraint form, different number of clamps’ constraint and different clamps’ positions on the hydraulic pipe to the fluid-solid coupling simulation results. And then make an experimental verification by using the real hydraulic pipe system of aero-engine. The purpose of this study is to provide references for the pipe designers in the design and modification of the model. Finally, this paper creates the double-pipe model connected by the floating clamp to study the influence from one pipe to the other whether the fluid-solid interaction exists or not. Then we make comparative analysis between the floating clamp in double-pipe and the grounding clamp in single-pipe, observing pipe’s whole deformation and natural frequency of these two clamp constraint forms.
