With the development of the times, hydraulic technology which has been used in a variety of industries such as metallurgy, chemical industry and the military industry has developed more and more quickly. The performance and quality of hydraulic components and systems have become a priority, so special or general experimental tables need to test or calibrate them Designers can conduct comprehensive evaluation on them by experiment to avoid mistakes in design and production and users can obtain detailed performance parameters. Meanwhile, hydraulic experiments are also an important part to cultivate the hydraulic personnel’s ability and creativity. This paper combining with the existing hydraulic test table in Northeastern University referred to hydraulic test standard of nation and industry to summarize the common technology of hydraulic experimental tables and the special requirements of energy saving experimental tables.First of all, through consulting references, this paper introduced the form of hydraulic test technology, the classification of common hydraulic test instruments and hydraulic computer aided test in detail.Then, this paper summarized the experimental methods, principles and experimental oil circuits of some representative hydraulic components; the measuring principles of some important parameters in hydraulic experiments and the working principles, using methods and attentions of common measuring test equipments in hydraulic experiments; methods for controlling the general hydraulic test table.Next, this paper presented the energy saving principle, efficiency and the experiment oil circuits of the experimental table with the requirement of energy conservation. This paper mainly introduced this exclusive experimental tables with the example of experimental tables with power recovery process and special experimental table designed for secondary regulation hydraulic transmission system.This paper established mathematical model and transfer function of secondary regulation hydraulic transmission experimental table in Northeastern University and simulated the transfer function with Matlab/Simulink. Frequency response curves can be seen in different control modes.Finally, according to proportional hydraulic test table and the servo cylinder test table, this paper introduced test methods of dynamic and static characteristics of components in hydraulic servo system, the test circuit and so on and simulated servo cylinder test table of Northeastern University by Matlab/Simulink, obtaining frequency response curves of the system after using lead correction.
