Study On Integrated Utilization Of City Underground Space

Extending to the underground space is the basic trend of the modern urban city. With the scale enlargement of our country city, population increase and the full development and utilization of floor space, people are increasingly turning to the underground space, and pay more attention to the development and utilization of underground space. At present, the utilization of city underground space in our country is still in its primary stage, although progress ever has achieved both in theory and practice. And most of these achievements are concentrated in the fields of construction and engineering. The author of this paper does believe, with the development of modern city and its gathering effect strengthening, the number of underground streets, soil-covered buildings, underground business and industry facilities, tunnel of hole and underground synthesize will be more and more。 Urban underground space will be increasingly regarded by the people. Integrated utilization of city underground space will be the basic content of modern city construction.The author thinks that the development and utilization of urban underground space is closely related to the ground and floor space. Utilizing city underground space of integrity should adhere to the principles of the point with line and dimension, the integration of ground and underground, focus on the ideas of dimensional development, intensive function and facilities association, to make the city function elements and resources integrated, and realize the best utilization of city underground space resources, so to develop space for the city.The author thinks, utilization of city underground space is a wholly systemic project, how to develop and utilize involving various conditions and factors. Overall, should based on the current situation and future planning of city, deepening the understanding, strengthening the planning management, considering the economy, population, technology, environmental protection and many other conditions and factors, giving the consideration to the city traffic, commercial, civil air defense, energy, ecology etc. to realize organic integration between utilization of underground space with development of city.Owing to city underground space has becoming an important part of many famous cities in the world, and a lot of experience and lessons can be learned from home and abroad, therefore, the author of this paper through studying, summarizes some basic rules from the typical cases of Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin and Canada, Japan.The author of this paper long-term works in the municipal construction management and development, owing to his own work practice and based on a lot of previous researches, regards utilization of underground space of Nanjing Hexi New City CBD three phases of development as research object, to carry out an empirical study and case study, and puts forward some suggestion on the implementation of the subject, their development rights acquisition, planning and design, engineering construction and underground space management, and gives some in-depth discussion on the problems of underground space property, financing and government responsibilities.
