From the universality and the advance of the design of Copycat phenomena, The article writes design in interior space development in this research and significance. This article is divided into four chapters, the first chapter tells the Copycat phenomenon of design realistic background and research purpose,the present situation of the replacement of the current design of Copycat phenomena and research methods; The second chapter combination of literature and expert meeting to define the concept of the Copycat in interior space design, with the questionnaire form, fake and imitation, reference and innovation concept comparison analysis; The third chapter from the space interface, indoor display, spatial function respectively the performance way of interior space design of Copycat phenomena and laws; The fourth chapter in the above three chapters content of Copycat design theory as the instruction, deduces two transition of Copycat design development path, and combined with Chinese cultural history culture and Hunan somewhere two brands of case analysis of the development path, and then discusses the future development direction and prospect of Copycat in indoor space design.At the beginning of the 21 st century the Copycat phenomenon of design in the potential development of communications products industry to thunder, and then spread to the field of product design, plane design, architectural design, this article will hold design concept to interior space design field,it found that the phenomenon is common, because the past not for theoretical review of this phenomenon, and thus cause indoor space design in the “Copycat or Not Copycat”, “the original or Not the original” state of ambiguity. This article will systematically the Copycat design definition, analysis the Copycat design of universal nature, Copycat often depends on good design product design, through analyzing its deconstruction, again, restructuring, and innovation, forming a similar to the original product, and different from the original product copycat design work. In terms of junior designer, with fake design as a springboard to achieve original design is desirable growth stage.Interior space design is so intertwined with human life, "Copycat design" this thesis research in the field of innovation efficiency also gradually highlights, fake design in interior space design regularity study rare, how to recognize and take advantage of the scientific way to request.Supported by the existing theoretical research, this paper by means of questionnaire and actual case, through the design of "Copycat phenomena" analysis and summary on the development trend of the present situation of interior space design, hope to indoor space design in the field of render as a theory system.
