Since the aerated concrete external wall thermal insulation system has good durability, high fire safety, construction is convenient wait for an advantage, the system has been applied in the cold area.But as the cold areas such as energy saving 75% standard in shandong province to promote the implementation.since the aerated concrete external wall thermal insulation system in engineering practice and application of facing challenges and opportunities.Production situation, application technology of aerated concrete material, product variety, and the engineering example have investigated,found that the thermal performance problem and the existence of Finishing Technology problem limit the application of aerated concrete insulated wall.Combined with shandong "residential building energy saving design standard" (DB37/5026-2014) of the upper limit value of external wall heat transfer coefficient, puts forward Aerated Concrete Composite Slurry Self-insulation System structure and construction methods of composite coating.Based on cold area 75% energy saving standards, the insulated wall has carried on the theoretical analysis of thermal performance. The selection of wall thickness is proposed. With the help of exterior wall thermal performance analysis, put forward the bridge structure of wall.In order to determine the correction coefficient of thermal conductivity and grasp the insulated wall thermal performance composite slurry,Wall steady heat transfer experiment was carried out.depending on the type of wall thickness, block level, masonry mortar, plaster mortar type is different,6 groups set up since the insulated wall specimens of composite coating.The results as follows:using the cement mortar masonry wall thermal conductivity modification coefficient of 1.27 and 1.29,using thin seam ash binder of masonry wall correction coefficient of thermal conductivity value is between 1.09~1.12.Using ANSYS14.0 software simulation analysis was carried out on the bridge column, hot bridge,studied the local heat preservation material type and thickness of thermal bridge on its thermal performance,and the change of ambient temperature on the thermal bridge the influence of wall condensation on the inner surface.The results show that:Composite slurry from the insulated wall beam, column setting heat bridge insulation materials, wall inner surface will not appear dewing phenomenon.The aerated concrete of the insulated wall facing requirement and present situation are summarized,from aerated concrete materials, sensors and actuators, plaster mortar facing problems influencing factors are analyzed.Composite slurry is studied from the insulated wall facing different tectonic crack seepage prevention ability.The composite slurry from the insulated wall water absorbing capacity test and freeze-thaw resistance test,set different coatings, brick veneer structure treatment of the contrast group,compared with the result of multiple group analysis,put forward the aerated concrete composite slurry of the insulated wall facing structure is suggested.
