As society becomes more progressive, the energy issues are growing tohighlight, Building energy consumption is a large part of the total energyconsumption, Thus came into being energy-efficient buildings, the building wallinsulation is composed of a typical representative of energy-efficient buildings. Theemergence of new things is always accompanied by a lot of resistance, Autoclavedaerated concrete wall insulation is no exception. Currently it exposes manyshortcomings, such as wall thermal bridge heat loss seriously, wall cracks,freeze-thaw phenomena occur within the wall, the inner surface condensation andother issues.In order to clearly understand fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete wallinsulation thermal bridge from the thermal performance, and improve thermalbridge at the internal wall heat loss and severe freeze-thaw phenomenon, this paperconducted a lot of research work.First, make measurements for the different forms of self-insulation wallthermal bridge, one can roughly understand the thermal bridge thermal performance,and it can be used as a practical reference simulation analysis, provides help forbuilding model basis. In order to get a more precise temperature and heat fluxdensity curve,The second, use FLUENT simulate different forms of thermal bridges, thermalbridges outside corner, T-wall thermal bridges and window holes are thermalbridges can be simplified into a two-dimensional model, and top of the wall anglethermal bridges must create three-dimensional simulation model. To obtain moreprecise value of temperature and heat flux on the thermal bridge at the wall, Icarried out a detailed analysis and determine the area of influence of thermalbridges.After the thermal bridge is condensed with thermal layer checking analyzed todetermine the thickness of the insulation layer is most suitable.Finally, according to the scope and impact of thermal bridges suitableinsulation layer thickness of the insulation layer, make optimization design, optimum design of thermal bridges in theory will reduce heat loss, such as freezingand thawing of the class while avoiding the thermal problems.The main work is done by the FLUENT software for different forms of thermalbridges simulation analysis of temperature field and thermal bridge and interfacialcondensation checking analysis, based on the scope and impact of thermal bridgeschecking, determine the different forms of thermal bridge insulation, ThermalPerformance compared to the bridge before the insulation has greatly improved.This provides theoretical support in the thermal bridge insulation and it hassignificance in thermal bridge insulation.
