The sealing performance of diesel engine is an important index for the quality evaluation of the sealing technology of diesel engine directly affects the reliability, security and environmental protection etc., the stand or fall of the efficiency of sealing and sealing technology of high and low, not only the sealing technology problem, but a certain comprehensive technical level of the engine, it puts forward higher requirements on the same. Because the engine to the high power, high outbreak rate, lightweight, low emissions, low noise, environmental protection direction, so for all the seal material and seal technology put forward higher requirements.Gear chamber seal technology mainly exist fixed two sealing gasket gasket and liquid form, simple seal glue sealing efficiency and wide application. Use paper surface pressure screen in front of the sealing surface pressure is the main measure to evaluate seal design, with the application of simulation technology, ABAQUE/CAE technology is also more and more applied to the research of sealing technology and the actual engineering analysis of the leaking problem. Through the analysis of the analog simulation technology and with the actual failure mode, guiding the design and improvement of sealing technology.WD12 gear chamber diesel engine, this paper combined with the body surface oil leakage problem, using ABAQUS/CAE software, the gear chamber combined with the body surface contact pressure are simulated and studied the trajectory design of gear room sealant, bolt fastening and sealing structure design and vehicle vibration influence on gear chamber combined with face seal, the metal gasket seal technology are also discussed.WD12 diesel engine gear chamber were studied factors affecting surface sealing technology implementation process of sealing, the combined gear surface sealant trajectory design and study the properties of the sealant, adhesive lines on the sealing surface trajectory design of process parameters on the influence of the seal, and aiming at the existing problem of the glue system proposed sealant trajectory optimization design; Analyses the sealing element fixed bolt torque of gear chamber deformation, the influence of the sealing surface pressure distribution; The limitation of the structure and layout of the diesel engine, puts forward the design scheme of tank insulation; Further analysis on the market actual leak problem existing in the use process and hidden danger existing in the process of the vehicle matching put forward the improvement Suggestions; Metal gasket seal surface pressure distribution is discussed.WD12 diesel engine was optimized by the above research, the coating process and structure design, solve the enterprise factory test WD12 diesel engine gear room combined with surface oil spill the engineering practical problems, combined with the gear room for the future and the implementation of metal gasket seal technology provides a theoretical guidance.
