Vehicular horn is the main and secure component to warn pedestrians and other vehicles and prevent traffic accident happening while driving. Vehicular horn is made up of many parts, if reliability of any part is not high, as the shortcomings of raw materials or design considerations when half-baked, various faults will happen, and these faults not only make drivers unsafe, but also endanger other vehicles and pedestrians safety and bring about traffic accident, thus reliability is an important technical indicator. As far as possible to avoid the various faults of vehicular horns this thesis conducted the reliability analysis of the low sound level, no sound and murmurs, found out the main cause of the fault occurred, advanced some improving measures and gained good effects.This thesis introduced constituent parts of the vehicular non-contact electronic horn, including electromagnetic drive system, sound system, control system and sound amplification system; introduced the concept and the theory of the reliability analysis system, focusing on one important method the of reliability analysis-the fault tree analysis; study of the vehicular non-contact electronic horn in the low sound level, no sound and murmurs faults, such as the reliability of analytical methods, the analysis of the causes of the faults. At the same time from the whole to some of the inverted tree gradually refined analysis, to draw the logic diagram, build a fault tree to determine the cause of system failures or possible combination of their probability. Through the after-sales statistics and data access by the end of the fault tree incident known as the probability of data, analysis and use of block diagram of the fault tree in the calculation of the structure function, calculate the probability of the top events, then informed the reliability and test the vehicular non-contact electronic horn reliability, the happen of the faults at the same time to identify the main reason. Improvement measures are proposed, and greatly reduce the vehicular non-contact electronic horn of failure rate.This thesis on above faults fault tree analysis, vehicular non-contact electronic horn outside come down this failure to conduct the fuzzy fault tree analysis of the fuzzy theory and calculation is structure function method of the accuracy of the validation and enrich the vehicular non-contact electronic horn reliability calculation method.
