The subject comes from the base product innovation projects. Brakes temperature changes during braking directly affect the brake braking performance, service life and safety. Friction coefficient will decreased if the temperature is too high, which is resulted in a great thermal stress, so that the friction plates crack and damage. Thus, the research of braking temperature is particularly important.The temperature distribution is a complex issue when brakes braking, which is involved a wide face discipline. When the truck brakes via the brake, kinetic energy is converted into heat by friction, bakes corresponds to a energy converter. Braking is actually a process of multi-physics interactions about fluid-thermal-structure. Thus, the research of multi-physics interactions not only expand the simulation study, but also has a high value.Using finite element analysis, this paper studies the temperature field of multi-disc brakes simulation analysis on the case of multi-physics coexistence, obtains ditributiaon of temperature field and markers instantaneous temperature; According to the simulation, then conducte physical experiments, gains the markers temperature of test; With Error Anslysis and Correlation Coefficient, then compare the data of simulation and experiment, thus,verify the feasibility of the simulation model, which can replace physical experiments to carry out in other conditions, form CAE analysis method for brakes temperature field at last. First, use Pro/E software to establish a three-dimensional model of the brake and the fluid, then import Ansys Workbech, then use Fluid, Thermal and Structure module combine, obtains temperature distribution data and the temperature value of markers. Second, based on the study of finite element of temperature field distribution of the above and the current analysis of existing measurement technology at home and abroad, Taking into account the overall structure compact and complex brake, so, using thermocouple and infrared temperature measurement technology together, in order to improve the feasibility and accuracy of temperature measurement, ultimately, obtain temperature curve of the selected measurement points according to the simulation analysis. Finally, study consistency the simulation data and experimental data, error within 10 percent, eighty percent of data correlated well, verify the feasibility of this simulation model.Through the brake temperature study also form a complete set of standard test procedures in the paper, detailed describe key points, which has a strong practical significance and provide reference and basis and for future researchers about brakes temperature.
