Renaissance Strategy Studies On Small Declining Industrial Town

With the post industrial age gradually coming into China, the traditional industrial small towns, due to low content of industrial technology, labor migration, lacking of market products and competitiveness and environmental pollution, are facing declining situation, this paper focuses on the discussion of the problem that how to pass the programming in small towns,make industrial decline to reproduce the vitality, realize the revival of industrial small the town.The author through the course of development, explore the causes for the decline of industry in small towns and its value, and the research of industrial decline in small towns of related concepts and theories, and summarizes the rejuvenation strategy and cases at home and abroad of the small town of industrial decline, combing the industrial decline of small town revitalization strategy, namely, urban catalyst, industrial tourism strategy, industry strategy structure adjustment strategy, ecological restoration strategy, policy support strategy, and takes Xinjiang Wulabo town planning and design as an empirical case study, to provide the corresponding planning strategy for China’s industrial decline in small towns, and promote them continuing to make contributions to the economic construction of our country.
