Transmission network of directly hosted by a variety of communication services, is the core of the Sichuan-Chongqing railway communication network,the planning and design of the Sichuan-Chongqing railway transmission network plays an important role in the design of network.With the development of 3G/ 4G services and broadband access technology,the Sichuan-Chongqing railway transmission network carrying business needs more and more, the existing Sichuan-Chongqing railway Transmission network should be optimized the design, in order to meet the needs of rapidly growing data hosting services, broadband services.the Sichuan-Chongqing railway Transmission network generally can be divided into three layers: the core layer, the convergence layer and the access layer. The core layer should meet the high bandwidth requirements and flexible scheduling great particle business needs, convergence layer and access layer should meet the needs of multi-service access and processing.The Sichuan-Chongqing railway Transmission network based on MSTP technology can meet the need for multi-service bearer in the early construction,but with the business of IP trend intensifies, the planning and design of Sichuan-Chongqing railway transmission network based on OTN and PTN technology will become the development trend of network operation.In this paper, the status quo of Sichuan-Chongqing railway transmission network are analyzed,the techonlogies related Sichuan-Chongqing railway transmission network were introduced,focuses on the principle and technology of OTN,then combined with projects the design of fiber-optic cables of the Sichuan-Chongqing railway transmission network expansion project to optimized design.In this paper, the following work:(1) based on current development trends and domestic and foreign research Sichuan-Chongqing railway transmission network are analyzed, transmission technologies of common railway transmission network were discussed, obtained various transmission technologies applicable conditions and their advantages and disadvantages, for subsequent optimization design C hengdu-Chongqing railway transmission network provide the basis for the choice of transmission technology.(2) The principles of architecture and construction Sichuan-Chongqing railway transmission network were introduced, And accordingly to guide the planning and design of fiber optic line project transmission network of Sichuan and C hongqing railway.(3) the data communication structure, network synchronization signal, the mobile communication network and emergency communications network of Sichuan-Chongqing railway transmission network are optimized the design.The content of this paper is the summary of the author’s work practice, Related work can provide a theoretical basis and practical experience of other similar projects in the railway transmission network planning and design.
