Safety have always been a focus of road traffic, with the continuous development of road traffic, the improvement of urban road infrastructure, road traffic safety is continuously improving. However in developing countries pedestrian, the behavior of pedestrian and rider crossing still exists on no signal marked roadway, which lead to the occurrence of a large number of traffic accidents, also affects the safe and stable operation of the urban road traffic. According to the special section how to guide the pedestrians crossing safety, reduce traffic accidents, improving the safety of public travel is a topic of common concern in society.Take jumper as research object analysis the decision and actual crossing safety. Then the influence factors were analyzed. According to the research result based on the impact of crossing behavior on the vehicle, the application of the method of reducing the impact velocity is improved, and the risk ratio of different types of vehicles is calculated and analyzed. Specific work and result as follows:(1) Crossing behavior analysis. Based on the experiment implementation and data acquisition, analysis the differences in different gender, age, means of transportation about crossing way. wait and observe behavior, through path, conflict vehicle type and speed, unsafe behavior etc. Results show that young, male, rider tendency through observation and through; rider crossing speed was significantly higher than that of the Pacers; Pacers node traversal and unsafe behavior is obvious; private car speed higher than the bus and taxi.(2) Multiple linear regression analysis of decision making and crossing safety. Through correlation analysis results, combined with the safety analysis method, multiple linear regression models were established about the gap, the margin safety forecast and actual safety margin. Show that the unsafe behavior has a negative impact on the security of decision and actual through; the walker and the one who has a big group tend to select a smaller crossing gap; Decision making and crossing safety of the second lane is worse than that of the first lane; Longer waiting time and more observation have a god influence on safety; Oblique crossing path is same as the vehicle direction is conducive to improving safety.(3) Improved deceleration rate to avoid crash and collision risk analysis. According to the effect of vehicle type and speed on safety can’t be clearly defined in the previous study, Take deceleration rate to avoid crash as the starting point study on the influence of crossing behavior to conflict vehicles. The results show that the safety of taxi is higher than private car than bus.
