| In recent years with the development of the city, urban road in the construction of some of the common pavement diseases, especially in the urban special sections, disease is more prominent.Pavement disease seriously affects the driving safety and comfort, also brought huge economic losses and adverse social impact.In many cities due to economic reasons and construction conditions, many of the new technology cannot be applied.So this paper study the problem, hope to be able to design a can economically and satisfy the requirement of urban development and construction conditions on new type pavement, so that it can widely used throughout the country.In this paper, we study to urban road surface special research both at home and abroad, in view of the small and medium-sized cities to yichun such economic ability and the construction conditions of new pavement structure design. We according to the traditional asphalt pavement structure, to join anti-rutting agent and fiber admixtures, such as the way of the road use performance enhancements, to deal with special road section deformation of the most prominent problem.In the later we added a new kind of semi flexible pavement-OGBC research of pavement.In the matrix asphalt mixture design, we recommend to all sorts of grading indoor experiment was carried out, and constantly optimize the grading, finally puts forward OGBC-20 grading range, to determine the optimum proportion.Cement mortar are using experimental analysis of change of a single component, the slurry mixture ratio, flexible method and field construction at the same time to determine the half step.For lab half flexible composite material specimens made of high temperature and low temperature performance and water stability test, composite showed excellent road performance.After the comparison of various pavement design before, we used the semi flexible pavement compaction test road paving.The semi flexible pavement is generally cities are fully capable to construct, the late testing results also show that the effect of road surface road asphalt pavement is better than normal, but also greatly save the cost, believe that the construction of urban road in later will have more space for development. |
