The road not only has the good the high temperature stability, water stability and flexural performance, but also has the environmental protection of natural water cooling in low-energy special function, if the pavement in large area can be surfacing some relief the greenhouse effect and urban heat island effect.On the basis of referencing the researches at home and abroad,this paper research results basis on the five types of super absorbent polymers, two water reducing agent, a improve flow degree of the match and admixture try optimization experiment, determined the mixing cement mortar of meeting the mechanical strength and fluidity, water retention, target technical requirements. With large gap in a matrix of the asphalt mixture of aggregates gradation to carry on the design, make sure SFAC-13for the maternal asphalt mixture graded. Compared before and after grouting matrix of the asphalt mixture of high temperature stability, the water stability, the amount of water, flexural performance and water-cooled pavement performance characteristics, and the results show that after grouting to guarantee the water-cooled semi-flexible pavement has good pavement performance, and further sure the index of the24hours of water. In meeting with good pavement performance,the gap tate of the maternal asphalt mixture the bigger the water into the more of the mortar, the more obvious of water cooling effect.This article refer to Japanese indoor exposure test method to simulate the sun to the actual situation of road surface, cooling water, the evaluation of performance, where the value of the lower limit and water-cooled semi-flexible pavement in irradiation after80min of standard test pieces and temperature difference value may be compared with10-15℃, cooling effect is quite obvious, and sustainable24hours or more. The lower of the water cooled semi-flexible pavement of water absorption and release water test, compared to show that repeat experiments cooling effect depressed, stable in6-9℃. Water-cooled semi-flexible pavement formed a natural water evaporation of the virtuous cycle, with the potential to walk through the surface of heat, for driving provides a more comfortable environment, and at the same time can alleviate high temperature brings the rut problem.
