With the highly development of China economic, civil airports traffic increase explosively. Traditional oil supplement can’t satisfy the development and lots of problems show up. Optimization is needed urgently to solve the problems of high energy consuming.Combing through the whole flow of oil supplement, collecting and analyzing the historical data are the directive and effective ways.This paper focus the research on the optimization of civil airports oil supply model and China National Aviation Fuel(abbr. CNAF) is the oil supplier of these airports. There are many problems of traditional oil supply model as the development, redundant work units and over energy consumption are the most two urgent ones. By investigating and analyzing the source, work units setting and oil supply flow, we can identify the pros and cons, then series of scientific algorithms were introduced to estimate the fuel charge and capacity of oil depot based on the historical data so as to find the optimal setting. At the last part of this paper,Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport and Ganzhou airport were taken as the two representative ones to illustrate the procedure and efficiency of optimal model.
