| The Sulige gas field of Changqing is in the economic and efficient development stage, many construction projects are undertaking. In the process of project construction, quality control, schedule control, cost control, safety and environmental protection and other issues need to be strictly controlled.Firstly, this paper elaborates on the theories, methods, programming and implement measures of construction progress control. Secondly, the project survey, work breakdown structure, management organization structure and function arrangement, schedule control setting and preparation of the x natural gas processing plants was described. Next, the details of project scheduling and control are also listed, such as dynamic monitoring, schedule report, variance analysis, corrective measures. Lastly, the results of implement were evaluated, and the successful experiences were summarized in this paper. |
