| Baoji city, an important transportation hub connecting the East, is located in the northwest plain. Baoji city has three districts and nine counties, a high tech industrial development zone. The main roads of Baoji city include jinger road, xingjian road, hongqi road, park road, torch road, qingjiang road, zhongshan road, high tech road, etc. According to the recently environmental noise pollution monitoring data of different observation points of Baoji city, the recent transportation noise pollution characteristics of the main roads of Baoji city were analyzed. Then, different types of noise variation features for various season were also compared and analyzed. The results showed that although the equivalent consecutive sound level A (Leq) of the functional areas of Baoji city has a slight increase, it can still be controlled to a certain extent, and the acoustic environment is basically stable but not evident. Comparatively speaking, the Leq of the construction noise is relatively stable and averagely lower than the normal standard limitation value.The phenomena of paranormal noise of Baoji city were mainly reflected at the two sides of various roads of old factories, industrially mixing residents zone, and the two sides of the railway and highway. The environmental noise level of the industrially mixing residents zone is a little more serious and the variation of its Leq is a little stable. The environmental noise of the two sides of the main transportation roads began to gradually and slowly increase from 2008 on, especially at nights, the phenomenon is more serious.According to the statistical analysis of the proportion of the environmental noise Leq values and various noise sources of all functional areas to all types of noise pollution, all the areal environmental noise pollution was evaluated. The results generally showed the real noise pollution state, which can lay a good foundation for further studying the future noise pollution dynamic variation of Baoji city.Finally, based on the field survey and monitoring for noise from the urban roads and the functional areas of Baoji, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward aiming at the shortcomings of the current environmental noise pollution management of Baoji city. This study can provide a reference for the related government departments regulating the environmental noise pollution. |
