At first, the research background, purpose and content of the research are summarized, the main purpose and main functions of the hydraulic control system in the industrial field are introduced, which is an integral part of the automation industry production. Then development, composition, principle and characteristics of electro hydraulic proportional control technology are briefly introduced.Described the function of the hydraulic control system and introduced the composition and working principle of the hydraulic control system. According to the up round system focus on analysis up round function to determine the hydraulic expanding the circle control system of hydraulic principle diagram of the final plan and selection of hydraulic components. The hydraulic up round control system of electric control system are described in detail. In view of the functional requirements and control and industrial computer, electric control cabinet and a control box electrical principle and structure design principle is introduced and the software is introduced in detail.This paper focuses on the hydraulic expansion of circular control system,through the natural frequency of the hydraulic cylinder and servo valve frequency comparison, the transfer function of the servo valve for the two order oscillation link,on this basis, the use of AMESim simulation software to model the servo valve model,the characteristic curve and sample curve comparison, drawn with the sample servo valve close to the model. The model is built for the non-symmetrical hydraulic cylinder and load. The function and the sequence of action are analyzed, the simulation model and parameters are established to analyze the stability and dynamic characteristics of the model, and obtain the results. Then, on the basis of the original parameters, the PID control correction is added to the model, the stability and dynamic characteristics of the model are analyzed, and the optimization results are obtained, two results are compared to show that PID controller can improve the stability and dynamic characteristics of the model. Finally, the work is summarized.
