According to the requirements from function and orbit in low-orbit hyper spectral remote sensing satellite, combining with features like large volume and mass, various modes of detecting and flexible calibrating fields of view in high spectral payloads, the layout of satellite is investigated and designed. Then based on the design results, satellite structure scheme designing and optimization are completed. Project investigation will lay foundation for the layout design and structure manufacture.First, this project will analyze the requirements from kinds of payloads deployed in the satellite. Considering demands of its volume, weight, observing field of view, calibrating field of view and thermal control, combining with orbit feature of low orbit optical satellite simultaneously, satellite layout design is finished. Second, in line with the results from layout design, devising the structure, fulfilling the finite element modeling and simulating analysis, optimizing the structure design relying on the analysis results. Final, relevant structure production will go into operation according to the optimized structure design project. Then test and verify the intensity, rigidity and other important feature parameters of the design project in production testing.
