In recent years,China has launched more than 10 land observation satellites and their loaded remote sensing data been located in the international forefront,however,there is a large gap between remote sensing satellite calibration technology and international advanced technology.With the successive emission of high-score satellites in China,higher requirements have been put forward for the calibration technology.It is of great significance for the development of satellite observation to improve the stability and accuracy of the satellites on-orbit calibration and solve the shortcomings of existing calibration methods.This paper involves the development of ground calibration target equipment used in on-orbit calibration technology,and compared to previous ground targets,the proposed mobile artificial ground target has the advantages of quick setting,low cost,small labor input,and being movable in comparison with the ground targets.The purpose of this topic is to design an artificial ground target automatic control component,which is used as a ground calibration target in satellite on-orbit calibration,and the component should have functions of human-computer interaction,solar zero calibration and attitude adjustment.According to the system functional requirements and technical requirements,the paper analyzes the mechanical part and the controller part of the system,and puts forward the overall design scheme.The system hardware such as central processing unit,azimuth angle detection and servo control module,pitch angle detection and servo control module,GPS module,image acquisition module,keyboard module,LCD module,temperature and humidity detection module and power module are designed,draw and make a circuit board.The C language is used in the software,and the embedded system software is programmed to realize the functions of astronomical algorithm,solar image acquisition,solar center location algorithm and servo system control.In the process of system development,the related module performance test is carried out.The test result shows that the system has achieved the required technical index.Finally,the outdoor test was carried out to verify the function and stability of the system.Outdoor test results show that the system functions to meet the requirements,work stability,to achieve the relevant technical indicators to meet the requirements of the task book.
