On the one hand, with the development of people’s material and cultural living standards and the growth of state investment in recent years in public infrastructure construction, the construction industry has become a vital important part in the China’s GDP. On the other hand, the level of material and cultural continues to increase in today. Meanwhile the country’s economy is rapidly developing. However,the development of China’s economic usually relies on traditional raw materials processing industry and requires a lot of investment in the energy industry in the past.At the same time, the development of economic has brought another very serious problem, which is an environmental issue. Now, because of the effects of fog and haze, there is a growing awareness of the importance between the environment and human health, such as PM2.5, air AQI. Because serious health problems caused by the environment and appeared in the media, which are beginning to make people realize the importance of the environment. The construction industry is according with own characteristics. Obviously you know that the traditional construction industry is a high energy-consuming industry. During the phase of construction the building, namely the phase of assembly, you need to consume a lot of building materials. When these materials was transported from place of origin to construction site. The energy consumption is further expanded; in addition, mining construction materials and secondary operation of raw materials and energy into these aspects of the resource is even more enormous. While a lot of resources and energy was consumed, it brought a lot of environmental problems. For example, the stage of processing traditional raw material will produce greenhouse air, acid rain,eutrophication, which are a significant contribution to pollutants.Life Cycle Assessment(Life Cycle assessment), called LCA, which is used to evaluate a technology, raw material or a material of a product from the extraction,production, transportation, use, dismantling, recycling, all the energy of the wholeprocess, the waste input and output resources impact on the environment.In this paper, combining with the application of life cycle assessment theory,Simapro software, the characteristics of the major of civil engineering and the calculation method of the main structure of Zhengzhou, which is high-rise office building project to analyze the environmental impact category on two situation,including without using of project and using respectively, analyzing types and effects of environmental factors, which are influenced the project with different environmental. In the final, providing the corresponding measures and achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction protect environment.
