From its birth to today, the motor has been applied in more and more area, such as, aerospace, industrial machine, household appliances. Especially, the brushless DC motor (BLDC) uses electronic commutator to replace brush, occupies more and more market share in the motor field. It has so many advantages, such as, energy-saving, environmental protection, high starting torque and excellent governor performance. Lead brushless DC motor into valve, make valve intelligent, simple to operate, more and more accurate, is an increasingly important research direction.With the development of embedded technology, a variety of high-performance, cost-effective chips emerge, especially, ARM core industry control chip grow fast in recent years. All of those make intelligent instrument possible. We should also lead intelligent design into valve industry, so as to improve precision, meet the need of industry. This design uses valve electric actuator, which is composed by ARM Cortex-M3 as core and IPM and brushless DC motor, provided a possible design to intelligentize valve electric actuator.According to the demand of valve electric actuator, this task research and discuss circuit design and hardware structure of brushless DC motor, which is composed by center ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller and IPM. Major job as follows, first of all, design of system hardware circuit. Second, design of motor drive and commutation. Third, motor control and implement flow chart of soft start-off. Forth, position control and communication, etc.After the research and discussion of above problems, we give the hardware design and circuit which composes by LM3S8962 and FSAM20SH60. To resolve the soft start-off problem in the practical application of the valve, we give implement flow chart of integral algorithm and discuss the experiment data of start-off time. This solution has reasonable hardware, clearly software and has a certain economic value and social significance of application. |
