In the last few years,benefited from the development of MEMS and technology of BLDC,more and more multi-rotors appears in our lives.The multi-rotors are applied in many cases,like aerial photography,UAV plant protection,UAV delivery,UAV line inspection and so on.However,most multi-rotors use lithium battery as power source which can only last 20-30 minutes.This disadvantage limits multi-rotors to be used in more application.Therefore,we want to design an oil electric hybrid multi-rotors.This thesis is to design a controller that can drive motor to start oil engine and rectify three-phase alternating current generate by the same motor driven by engine.The main contents of this thesis are showed blow:1)On the basis of analyzing the demand of function,a new type of hybrid electric vehicle system is designed.The scheme has the characteristics of simple structure,small volume and high energy efficiency.2)According to the design of the hybrid electric vehicle system,the corresponding design and production method of the starting power generation integrated controller are put forward.3)Based on the analysis of BLDC motor drive control theory,BEMF integration method and inductance detection method,the control program of starting power generation integrated controller is designed.4)Experiment with the designed controller and the result shows that the proposed new hybrid electric vehicle system is valid.
