As a result, market share was reduced, the customer ordered to do the improvement and optimization righ away, otherwise they will change the supplier., so the optimization of this production becomes very urgent.This paper analyzes the operation of the actual production line, to find the problems and furthur to analyze the process effectiveness, the balance of production cycle time, bottle neck, the lay out of the whole line,and certain processes optimiaztion,etc, puts forward the concrete problem, and puts forward the concrete problem. The data used in this paper are the real time data in the passenger car production line of B company. The data is strictly real. Finally, the data is collected and compared with the data before and after the optimization design.
