Study On Planning Of Outdoor Recreation Facilities In Jiangxi National Parks

With the rapid development of social economy and the remarkable improvement of people’s living standards, people for outdoor leisure activities is becoming more and more.However, research on the theory and practice of recreation is difficult to meet the demand of people, especially in the planning of recreation facilities, so it is necessary to summarize and study outdoor recreation facilities planning of National Parks.At present, the outdoor recreation facilities planning of Jiangxi National Parks has many deficiencies. In this paper, the outdoor amusement recreation facilities planning as study object and the theoretical basis of the study including the law of recreation activities, recreation space layout theory, amusement recreation planning related principles and philosophyand so on. These which comprehensively utilize literature study method, field survey, comparative analysis, empirical research method and summarized law constitute framework of the thesis.Based on leisure related theory at home and abroad, this paper draws lessons from the recreation facilities planning principles and experience of the U.S. National parks, and summarizes the existing problems and deficiencies of outdoor recreation facilities planning through the on-the-spot investigation and study of Jiangxi National Parks, which mainly reflect the functional requirements dislocation, the lack of local characteristics, affect the natural landscape of coordination and the sustainable development, etc. The thesis in detail analyzes specific issues and gives the reason for the lack of facilities planning, largely include:inadequate investment, weak dislocation development, management and research lag, lack of awareness deviation and planning etc.According to empirical work with the Mount Sanqingshan and the Meiling Shizifeng National Parks for the example,the paper focuses on analyzing the monomer site selection and environmental planning of outdoor recreation facilities.Ultimately according to problems and deficiencies of scenic outdoor recreation facilities planning in Jiangxi National Parks, some relevant countermeasures are proposed to improve it. First of all,we should attach great importance to the function and role of outdoor recreational facilities, Second,in the planning following the people-oriented, environmental protection, combination of protection and development, the principles of nature and culture, combined with empirical research measures and suggestions for improvement, to put forward the improvement measures and suggestions.
