Along with the advancement of urbanization, urban construction waste and with the contradiction between the shortage of building materials city is more and more prominent.Construction waste broken into effective use of recycled aggregates, can effectively solve the construction waste processing and building materials lack the two outstanding problems.Given the brick structure in hebei region of old buildings occupy larger proportion, rich in brick of grain of low strength of recycled aggregate, bibulous rate is high, the mixture performance of recycled concrete have larger decline.In order to solve this problem, for the rich in brick of grain of the construction waste of aggregate production process were analyzed, and the ratio of recycled concrete is made of the optimal test, analysis of recycled concrete mesoscopic structure and static test study of the performance of recycled concrete, that are rich in brick of grain of recycled aggregates and its mixture of the recycled concrete to get deeper understanding.This paper analyzes the rich in brick of grain of recycled concrete research background and significance, introduced the domestic and foreign research present situation and development trend of recycled concrete.Because of the different national conditions, China’s demolition of buildings in the proportion of solid clay brick masonry brick structure building is very big, compared with abroad, construction waste in the presence of large amounts of waste bricks.Because waste bricks made from recycled brick aggregate with low strength, large porosity, water absorption ability and other characteristics, make the recycled concrete made of its performance fell sharply, none of these standards and regulations promulgated by the current account.If all the construction waste waste bricks of the sorting, will not only greatly increase the cost of production of recycled aggregates, also cause pollution of the environment cost increases.Then mainly introduced the recycled aggregates production process at home and abroad as well as the whole company is rich in brick particles, the basic properties of recycled aggregates.The use of the foreign construction waste research started earlier, technology is relatively mature, for our country’s construction waste production has great significance.But we should also recognize the special national conditions of our country and the regional difference determines the complexity of the construction waste composition, we should base on its own conditions and economic capacity, choose suitable production process.Based on the whole have mature mixing proportion of concrete mixing station, mineral admixture is the main research content, the dosage of gelled material, the three factors of recycled coarse aggregate effect on the performance of recycled concrete.And through a large number of experiments on the properties of recycled concrete under different mixing proportion, determine the best and mineral admixtures to replace recycled aggregate rate.
