With the rapid economic development, people’s demand of household appliances,industrial micro-motor continued to rise. This lead to promote the rapid development of micro-motor processing industry and the demand for micro-motor shafts of ten billion or more annually. However, due to the many types of micro-motors, micro-motor shaft structure led to the diversification of forms. The majority of enterprises are difficult to produce a different diameter size and structure of the shaft on the same assembly line,which causes it difficult to form large-scale production lines.This paper showed that the development of a structure in the form of energy production is similar in size and different diameters in 5-10 mm micro-motor shaft production line. The use of group technology on five kinds of micro-motor shaft principal sample design, and development of process routes of the main sample designed to produce a common shaft of the five groups of lines. The process route for the pipeline is in the following: trenching â†' roughing â†' car wire blank â†' grooving â†' semi-fine grinding â†'grinding â†' milling flat â†' milling gap â†' drilling â†' plug mill â†' rolling â†' grooving â†'discharge detection â†' package.Trenching, grinding, milling gap of the pipeline routing are in key processes. For the process of trenching, the improvement and design of the existing cutting machine of the three-part structure of roll, straightening roller and cutting mold meet the demand of processing of different diameter shaft wool,which increased by 2 times of production capacity. For the process of grinding,we have designed the feeding device, which includes an automatic discharge device and automatic feeding device. Automatic discharge device structure design, pneumatic drive system design and preparation of the control flow graph,developed a device capable of automatic nesting. The structure design of automatic feeding device, which was used with the grinder, increased grinding step 3 times of productivity.For the process of milling gap, jig of milling gap device has been designed so that it can process different diameter of the shaft, while the degree of automation of transformation table has been improved. The shaft production line is made of the existing equipment which is chosen by process line and combined with the designed device. It achieved a shaft production of CF2093 model fan in life on this line.It also made the output production of80,000 pieces per day and 98% product qualification ratio.
