The high-performance pavement with energy-conservation and environmental protection is the future direction of development of expressways. Produced with dry mixing process, the hot mix asphalt rubber pavement has high performance and low noise. Meanwhile, the recyclable waste rubber tires are be used. However, the production of hot asphalt mixture has large energy consumption and huge emissions of harmful gases. The temperature in the production of mixed material can be reduced with warm mix technology while the pavement performance is unaffected.In this paper, rubber powder, warm mix agent combining with SAC asphalt mixture, an economical and environment-friendly rubber SAC warm mix asphalt pavement can be obtained. This paper studies the process parameters of the road, road mechanical properties and features of construction temperature field. According to the effect the warm mix agent YIPU-130 on asphalt performance, identify the warm mix agent dosage range of 0.25%-0.35%. By orthogonal experimental design, the warm mix asphalt rubber pavement process parameters are determined. The best material ratio: asphalt aggregate ratio is 4.9% and rubber powder content is 10% and warm mix agent content is 0.35%. The best mixing and the molding temperatures are 165 ℃ and 150 ℃.Through the warm mix asphalt rubber pavement performance studies, its performance is equivalent with hot mix mixture. The dynamic stability is 6910 times/mm. The low-temperature flexural tensile strain is 3676με. The freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is 85.4%. It is much higher than ordinary modified asphalt mixture. Using finite element analysis software to pavement mechanical properties, derive the warm mix asphalt-rubber pavement is softening and small force. It has good damping performance and can reduce road noise. The surface layer of pavement is the main structure layer rutting, thickness of the top layer of warm mix asphalt-rubber pavement should be selected for the 4cm.Through the warm mix asphalt-rubber pavement construction process simulation of temperature field, analyze the influence of various factors on the temperature field and effective compaction of time. Using grey relational analysis, factors influencing the effective compaction time of warm mix asphalt-rubber pavement is the compaction layer thickness, initial paving temperature and air temperature. By using multiple linear regression method, establish effective compaction time warm asphalt pavement and among various factors model. Through the analysis of the pavement construction under the low temperature environment, the effective compaction time of warm mix asphalt-rubber pavement is more than hot mix asphalt rubber pavement.Through the analysis of the benefits of energy-saving and emission reduction warm mix asphalt rubber pavement, the application of warm mix technology can make the mixture of diesel per ton saved 0.87 kg, and decrease the harmful gas emission. It can truly achieve the effects of energy saving and emission reduction.It has important theoretical guiding significance to construct achievements of the application of warm mix asphalt rubber SAC pavement, and promote the development of economical and environment-friendly pavement.
