Switched Reluctance Motor(Switched Reluctance Motor, SRM) control system is the mechatronics system, with the fusion of the control strategy, Motor, power electronics device, and the advantages of simple structure, low cost, good startup performance, high reliability advantages, which has been widely promoted and applied in the industry, aviation, household appliances and other fields.Existing research mostly focused on the control algorithm of SRM motor and motor body design, however, the operation of SRM depends on the integrated drive system which is the closely combined with motor and controller. So neither the analysis for magnetic field of the motor nor the research for motor algorithm, cannot reflect the actual characteristics and control performance of the machine. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed motor magnetic field, power drive circuit and control algorithm of hybrid simulation system, providing a foundation simulation platform for the control performance research and design of motor.First, the mathematical model of SRM control system was established under Matlab environment, and the simulation of start running through the control of the motor single-phase and two-phase excitation method verification, proving the correctness of the model. The finite element analysis model of switched reluctance motor was established under Ansoft environment, by using the system’s own Maxwell Circuit Editor software structures, the idealistic drive Circuit was built, and by simulating the single phase and two-phase excitation control method, the internal magnetic field was analyzed, by the analysis of the flux and air gap flux density distribution of waveform, the motor magnetic conditions under different excitation method and the various losses was researched.Secondly, in view of the mathematical model of power devices was idealization under the Matlab environment, the mixed simulation model was built based on Simplorer and Matlab/Simulink, on the basis of considering the switch features of power electronics device, researching the motor control algorithm. Aim at the accurate model for motor under, but the idealization of drive control circuit, the characteristics of and the mixture simulation model of Ansoft and Simplorer was established, and the system was verified.Finally, making the Simplorer as connection bridge, on the basis of the above two kinds of hybrid simulation model, building the hybrid simulation system for integrated control system of SRM under Ansoft/Maxwell 2D, Simplorer, Matlab/Simulink environment. Results shows that the hybrid simulation, can establish high saturation nonlinear SRM ontology model truly, conveniently, the changes of motor internal electromagnetic field by finite element analysis, which can simulate the characteristics of switch of the power converter switching device in the system. And the controller characteristics of SRM was presented intuitively and conveniently.
