Analysis On The Construction Technology And Quality Management Of Arched Structures Made From Durable Architecture Concrete In Guangdong Maritime Silk Route Measeum

Recently, architecture concrete is not only used in the plane of architectural structures or single curved surface in constructions, but also in many special arched structures. For a construction corporation, the improving the construction quality of architecture concrete constructions means the improving of its market competitiveness.Guangdong Maritime Silk Route Measeum is a rare construction which has arched structures made from durable architecture concrete. This construction has five special arched structures made from architecture concrete, which is difficult to build.First of all,this paper designs a project management system for the project of Guangdong Maritime Silk Route Measeum, defining the goals of project management,establishing the project management organization, and making the quality, the schedule,the civilization and safety plans. After that, aimed at the difficulties in the processes of construction of arched structures made of architecture concrete, this paper conducts many tests of concrete mixture, analyzes the mould design, researches the steel making and processing. According to the actual situation of this project, this paper summarizes a construction technology which is suitable for arched structures made from durable architecture concrete.Finally, this paper adopts the theory of total quality management to control the quality of the entire project. In order to ensure the construction quality of arched structures made from durable architecture concrete, this paper provides many feasiblemeasures, such as making the quality control plan, decomposing the quality goals,analyzing the common failure of quality, providing the preventive measures, checking the quality of products, establishing quality management institution, and so on.Therefore, this construction technology research of arched structures made from durable architecture concrete is very important, which can be the successful case analysis or guideline for other similar project of arched structures made from architecture concrete, in the foundation of satisfied the own quality mission.
