The importance of alleviating contradiction between economics and comfort in heating system is enhanced with the raising urban scale. Therefore, an effective method is eliminating the human and experience factors in heating system, which means changing the traditional method to automatic adjustment method.The paper researches a new control system of heating exchange station bases on climate compensator. Firstly, it introduces heating exchange station’s history and current issues of our heating exchange stations, it proposes there is room for improvement in energy saving, heating efficiency and heating quality. Then base on the theories of heating engineering, it describes all kinds of adjustments and connection types, thus introducing climate compensator.In this paper, climate compensator collects indoor temperature, outdoor temperature, supply water temperature and pipe flow as parameters. Combining existing mathematic module with outdoor temperature, we can acquire a suitable heating curve, thus compare the measured value and theoretical value of supply water temperature and pipe flow, and utilize fuzzy PID algorithm to adjust heating system with this difference value. Indoor temperature as feedback value, it can verify the heating curve in real time to ensure the indoor temperature keep stable. The whole heating system adopts both motorized valve and frequency conversion water circulating pump to adjust, thus not only reducing the working frequency of motorized value and prolong service life, but also decreasing the power consumption to save energy.This research builds on climate compensator, combines with the advantages of quality and quantity adjustment separately, utilizes indoor temperature as feedback value, improve the heating effects of heating exchange station, and make a great advancement in saving energy and enhancing comfort.
