With the development of aerospace industry, the application of star sensor in attitude determination of space vehicle has been widely concerned in the world. The star sensor works in the harsh environment of a strong radiation source in the system field, mainly for the imaging of small moving target in space, the background clutter is seriously affecting the attitude measurement accuracy of star sensor. Therefore,according to the star sensor system on orbit application of stray light suppression requirements, carry out structural optimization design, complex system research has important theoretical significance and practical value for engineering application, light suppression simulation verification and assessment of performance. This paper mainly focus on the following three aspects of research work:First of all, the structure design of the light shielding system of the star sensor is studied. Complete the shading system structure design according to the structure parameters of the shading system structure design principles and back-end access to the optical system, including the appearance size of the hood design, retaining ring position design, some design parameters are calculated. At the same time, based on the design parameters obtained in the Mechanical Design Software Solidworks complete structure model is constructed, and will be the structure model is imported into the Trace Pro optical analysis software, for subsequent shading system of stray light suppression performance of the input model.Secondly, the simulation study on the performance of the system of the star sensor is carried out. According to the theory of radiative transfer, the mechanism of the generation of stray light is analyzed, and the method of simulating the performance of the clutter suppression based on the optical material scattering characteristic description function and bidirectional reflectance distribution function is proposed.Based on the structural parameters of the design of the shading system, material parameters and illumination conditions, using the Trace Pro optical analysis software simulation to obtain the energy distribution of the inlet and outlet of the hood.According to the simulation results of the clutter suppression, a reasonable evaluation index system is constructed, and the quantitative evaluation of the performance of the hybrid optical suppression is realized.Finally, the experimental verification of the suppression performance of the star sensor is carried out. Build star shading system stray light suppression performance verification experiment platform.,measurement to obtain the distribution of the straylight data, uncertainty evaluation and stability analysis of experimental measurement,at the same time, according to the results of the experimental measurement data processing results to complete the extraction of the performance of the clutter suppression performance evaluation index. By simulation and experimental measurements were obtained the stray light suppression performance indicators to assess the comparative analysis, the initial validation of the shading system of star sensor miscellaneous photoinhibition performance analysis and evaluation method is correct.In short, star sensor shading system structure design, miscellaneous photoinhibition simulation, Verification and evaluation method will provide theoretical basis and technical method for the optimization design of the star sensor product design and the future novel star sensor.
