Study On The City Coastal Zone Planning Based On Ecosystem Service Unction

With the rapid development of the city, the coastal zone is facing with shortages of land for construction.Reclamation become an important measure to support the development of the coastal region. Because of lacking of knowledge of the ocean, Coastal planning is often only from the perspective of urban development model.Coastal planningnot only did not promote the development of the coastal zone, but the damage to the environment of the coastal zone. And the healthy development of the coastal zone environment was severely damaged. Coastal planning involves the integrated use of multidisciplinary,and is a complex activity. From ocean point of solving the problem of coastal zone is a new ideaand new method.Although some scholars both at home and abroad research achievements in this respect, in general, it is not enough, because they are lacking of contact and systemic.Based on the Haicang Bay Coastal Zone research of Xiamen, Thesis from both sea and land studies on coastal zone. Sea angles are the key points,analyzing of how to combine the marine ecosystem services for coastal planning. Land angles are secondary points, intending to illustrate how the conventional patterns of urban developmenton coastal planning. At last, the importance of marine ecosystem services angles based coastal planning is appearing in the thesis.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part involves the background, purpose and significance of thesis topic, the research object, domestic and foreign research study, the structure as well as technical route.The second part focuses on the theory and research methods. The third part is the actual case, the analysis of Haicang Bay coastal zone’s present situations.The fourth part is the focus of this article, including a summary of the host planning, positioning, structure and function as well as the planning design from both land and sea on the Haicang Bay. Sea-level research is the key point, combining marine ecosystem services,it is planning the whole coastal zone from the five aspects, such as land reclamation, mangrove wetlands, dredging works, uninhabited islands and shoreline protection transform.Land-level is secondary important point, intending to showhow to plan coastal zone from the conventional model of urban development, at last, we find that coastal planning is very important. The fifth part is summary.By Studyingcoastal ecosystem services, planning coastal zone from the ocean view is not only of great significance to summarize coastal planning, but also helping to provide theoretical and intellectual support for future coastal zone planning and coastal developmentand further direction.
