| With the rapid development of China’s construction industry, the construction market has been standardized operation gradually. Construction contract is engineering construction behavior criterion between client and contractor, the context determines the risk distribution between the parties. In reality, contractor has accumulated rich experience in contract risk management after a long practice, so they are good at using the construction contract to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, while the client still relies on its position advantage and neglects on contract risk management, which lead to loss easily. The client must pay attention to the contract risk management to safeguard their own interests.This paper takes client as research object, based on the new edition Construction Model Contract, and follows on risk identification, risk assessment, risk response research route. Firstly,this paper analyzes the new edition Construction Model Contract in detail,Which lays theoretical foundation for research, applies risk breakdown structure to integrate the client’s contract risk factors summary to form hierarchical structure, establishing client’s contract risk evaluation index system based on the new edition Construction Model Contract; then according to the index system, the research uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish risk fuzzy synthetic evaluation model, so it can evaluate the overall risk level of construction contract, and this paper verifies the practicability of the model through the example analysis; at last, this paper put forward the risk countermeasures according to the risk index, the risk countermeasures mainly focus on the Construction Model Contract, seeks to reduce client’s contract risk by complementing the content of the contract. |
