Currently, the distance of general metro connecting aisle is 10-13 m. As the technology matures we are likely to use unilateral freeze mode of artificial freezing method. Because of the particularity of long-distance connecting aisle and long distance of both tunnels, frost heave of tunnel by artificial freezing method is different from the general length. In this thesis, considering divided-period freezing,force and deformation regularity of the tunnel lining structure in the freezing process of long-distance connecting aisle which will play an extremely significance on the engineering design and safe construction has been researched, based on connecting aisle construction project of Panlongcheng station to Grand Avenue station in Wuhan Airport Line.First, numerical calculation research has been performed. Average temperature and thickness of frozen wall under typical parameters and divided-period freezing are calculated. Force and deformation regularity of tunnel lining structure has been analyzed. And the impact of frost heave from three factors, obliquity of frozen wall, divided-period freezing time and interface of both frozen walls, has been obtained.Second, physical simulation experimental research has been carried out. Mode scaled of prototype has been calculated through simulation design, simulation experiment system has been designed. Considering divided-period freezing, temperature field’s variation development situation and force and deformation regularity of tunnel lining structure in the freezing process of long-distance connecting aisle have been analyzed.At last, with the results of the numerical simulation and physical simulation compared, regularities of freezing temperature field, force and deformation of tunnel lining in freezing project have been comprehensively analyzed.The contents of thesis will have an important guiding significance for the design and construction of long-distance connecting aisle. In future, it’s an important significance for application and promotion of freezing process of such long-distance connecting aisle.
