Our country is a mountainous country, mountainous city accounted for more than half of China’s cities, facing current China’s rapid urbanization process, mountain city has also been gradually take the responsibility. However, withing the overspeed urbanization benefits local people and the global economic, also caused serious geological ecological for our living environment and regional stress life support system.In recent years, the geological structure conditions and human engineering activities caused by factors such as geological ecological environment deterioration has been gradually revealed, and caused all kinds of disasters, the fog haze, such as earthquake, flood, landslide, debris flow, collapse is mountain towns developing facing the most serious natural disasters.Geological ecological environment problems has gradually become one of the important factors affecting mountain town sustainable development, how to base on the characteristics of mo untain, and under the background of rapid urbanization in west China development, guide the sustainable development of mountainous city is particularly important and urgent.Based on geological ecology change under the town planning and construction influence factor is a key project of national natural science foundation research of corpus, this paper based on the related research of geological ecology, from the Angle of geological ecological changes to re-examine mountain urban and rural planning, try to use the geological ecological thinking to coordinate the relationship between residents and mountain natural environment.Thesis mainly from four parts in this paper.The first part is the background and theoretical research.This part of mountain town planning and geological ecological environment related theory to comb, in today’s mountain towns geological literature collecting, sorting and status quo of the ecological environment investigation, get the enlightenment to solve the problem, which provides the theoretical foundation for the study of the above chapters after.Followed by the overall impact of towns in mountainous region geology ecological environment research.This part of the geological and ecological environment as a whole to study the changes in the overall influence on mountain town, and with time scale effect and the pros and cons of two perspective and analysis, to explore the evolution of its effect on mountain town characteristics and laws.Finally summarizes the present situation of the mountain town of geological ecological environment problems, and analysis of the characteristics and reasons of the problem.Again, the geological research on the influence of the mountain town ecological factors.This part is the focus of this article, based on the above the mountain town of geological ecological factors of architecture, based on the "geological ecology--- town people", the relationship between the factor conditions, the relationship between factor and the mountain town, the factor of change and its impact on the mountain town of four aspects of geological ecological factors were analyzed and discussed.Finally, according to the above factors, the influence of the analysis of geological and ecological environment on the influence mechanism of mountain town and mountain town planning feedback mechanism of geological ecological changes.And based on the geological ecology puts forward the planning of the need to attention problems, set up between geological ecology and planning discipline integration system, in order to differentiate the mountain today the present situation of the urban and rural planning and construction, and dynamic.
